Talk to us about your requirements. We can advertise your apprenticeship for you, or we can introduce you to a register of individuals that have been through the candidate assessment process, including; assessment centres and a full interview so are ready to recruit.
Define the kind of apprentice you would like to recruit
Decide the discipline that you would like to recruit and the level of apprenticeship
Select the pre-screened candidates you would like to meet for interview
Review the pool of apprentices we identify for you – this will include reviewing the outcome from their pre-screening and their CV. We can also get pre-set questions from your business that the candidates will respond to.
Interview the candidates
This saves your business valuable time and money on recruitment, shortlisting and assessments. Once you have found an apprentice you would like to offer, then Legacy will make the introduction.
Agree to the Placement with Legacy and offer to candidate
For a single payment per candidate when they have been offered a position, you now have your work-ready candidate to get signed up to the apprenticeship and start their journey on their career with you. Through our Social Investment Fund we also put money back into your local projects for each apprentice placed.
